3. Payment:
4. Payment for the ordered treadmill(s) must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with Treadlite.
5. Product Availability:
6. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a selected treadmill model is unavailable, Treadlite will notify the customer and provide alternatives if possible.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:
8. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
9. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Shipping and Delivery:
11. Treadlite will make every effort to deliver the ordered treadmill(s) within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping logistics.
12. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
13. Treadlite is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Customers are encouraged to inspect their shipments upon receipt and report any issues to Treadlite immediately.
14. Warranty:
15. Treadlite offers a warranty on its treadmills, as specified in the product documentation provided with the treadmill(s). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period of time from the date of purchase.
16. Limitation of Liability:
17. Treadlite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased treadmill(s), including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
